Payment Method: Only CashApp is accepted for transactions.4. Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided.5. Revision Policy: Revisions are permitted only during the sketch phase. Changes beyond this stage cannot be accommodated.6. Content Restrictions: I do not accept requests for NSFW content, excessive gore, hate art, highly complex designs, or inappropriate material.7. Specializations: I am able to create artwork featuring humans, mild gore, fan art, humanoids, kemonomimi, and droids.8. Availability: I am generally available, though I have school commitments from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You can expect your artwork to be completed within approximately two weeks. ꒷︶꒷꒥꒷🍓˚꒷︶꒷꒥꒷‧₊˚1. Commercial Use: The art created through my commissions is not to be used for any commercial purposes without explicit permission from me. Should you wish to use the art for commercial purposes, this will incur an additional charge.2. Pricing and Offers: I only accept offers at the listed prices for my commissions. I do not engage in negotiations or discounts.3. Right to Refuse Services: I reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.4. Commission Issues: If any issues arise that prevent the completion of the commission, your deposit will be fully refunded.5. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total commission price is required upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece. You will be given 24 hours to pay after a sketch is shown or a quote is given. Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be repurposed as a YCH (Your Character Here) piece. It is the commissioner's responsibility to inform me when the payment has been sent. If you fail to notify me of the payment within 24 hours and I have not received it, the 24-hour payment term applies to you.6. Watermark: My watermark must remain on all works produced. Removal or alteration of the watermark is strictly prohibited.7. Payment Methods: I only accept payments through Cashapp and PayPal. No other payment methods will be accepted.8. Alterations: Altering my artwork in any way without prior permission is not allowed, except for cropping or resizing the image for use as an icon or other personal application.9. Use of Artwork: Using my artwork as references for your own work, whether through tracing or re-purposing parts of the image, is prohibited.10. Claiming Ownership: Claiming my artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.11. Visual Reference Guidelines: Clients must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference. Please supplement the visual reference with any important information needed to accurately draw the character. If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot guarantee that your design will be depicted with 100% accuracy, as design interpretations may vary between images. Shading on potential pieces may also affect the accuracy of the representation.12. Rights to Artwork: I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, please ask me before commissioning.13. Conditions for Reposting: The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.By commissioning art, you agree to these terms.
